Be Yourself!

The world is cruel,

But if you know your soulful way,

You can easily duel with it, any day.

All you need to do

Is keep a smile on your face.

All you need to be

Is your best self in any race.

You think it's hard.

You think, "No way!"

But the world may not stop for you,

Not even for a single day.

Yes, it is hard.

But nothing in life is easy.

You have to make the best of it.

You have to be enveisié*.

It just requires a bit of effort.

It just requires some confidence.

But if you just believe in yourself,

Be the most optimistic you can be,

Then you won't ever have to stress,

Just put yourself to the test.

Don't try and be someone else,

Be the one you truly are.

Don't listen to anybody's oppress.

Because it's only a form of defense.

Not much to do,

not much to say.

Just do your best to be YOU every day.

Because your life depends on your view,

You need to just think about the best you can do.

Just be yourself, nobody's would-be.
